I’d post, but it would bore you
Seriously. Mostly what I’m doing these days is working. Like 12 hours a day. I’ll be glad when this project wraps up, but that doesn’t look like happening for another couple of months. I just hope it’s done before Christmas. (It was supposed to be done in May…)
We went to Portland over Labor Day weekend, mainly because we procrastinated too long and couldn’t afford to go to any of the places we really wanted to go. But, we had a good time, and it was very little hassle. Highlight: Powell’s City of Books. It’s huge, people! Seriously, takes up an entire city block, and it’s 4 or 5 stories high. Portland is about the same size as Seattle but has a completely different feel. It seems much less vibrant and active than Seattle.
On a fun note, next week I’m heading to Florida for a couple of weeks. I’ll be spending the weeks in Sarasota with D & B (and commuting up to St Pete), and weekends in Tallahassee with K. Looking forward to catching up with my Florida buddies! Oh, and props to my husband’s packratishness, which has finally paid off – we still have our SunPass, and I’m going to recharge it and use it for the tolls going over the Sunshine Skyway. Goofy, eh?

Just Wondering
If I outsmart myself, does that mean I’m really smart, really dumb, or suffering from multiple personality disorder?
