The Eighth Wonder of the World
Well, I never thought this would happen, but it finally has – I've actually finished a cross-stitch project. Amazing, eh? This is one from a series of six by Teresa Wentzler called "Cloisonne Fruit". I did 95% of the stitching in less than a month…and then let it sit for five or six months. It was at that stage where there were just a few dozen random stitches, in a variety of colors, that I missed the first time through. So I finished that up, and did the embellishments, in just a few hours this evening. Now, I wonder how long it will take me to trim, sew a backing on, and stuff it?
Now, the real mystery is, why can't I take a decent photo with my phone? For some reason all my pics are turning out fuzzy on the left-hand side. Seems like no matter how I tilt, I can't correct for this. Nur.
